To avoid delamination or air bubbles between ply and laminate, you should observe the following steps. First, do not bond acrylic sheets under high humidity conditions.

1. Ensure that acrylic is not bonded in extremely humid conditions.
2. Avoid debonding in certain areas caused by uneven substrate surfaces.
3. Use water-based synthetic resin adhesive instead of PEVA (Polyethylene Vinyl Acetate Co-polymer).
4. Apply sufficient pressure during the bonding period of the laminate.
5. Prevent the substrate from losing moisture after installation.
6. Refrain from using extremely large acrylic/PVC laminate sheets (more than 8ft x 12ft long).

• Do not use plywood with high moisture content.
• Do not use ply with an uneven surface.
• Avoid using inferior quality adhesive.
• Ensure you apply sufficient pressure. We do not recommend pasting sheets on the painted/sanded area of the plywood.

• Store the laminates below 30°C temperature. To avoid inside cracks and stretch lines, do not store acrylic sheets in roll form.
• Clean the surface of the laminate with water and a clean, non-abrasive cloth. We recommend using Colin glass cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth.
• Glossy surfaces are recommended for vertical applications.
• Avoid alcohol-based cleaners, solvents, petrol, or oils, as these may damage the surface of the laminate. Use only a microfiber cloth.
• Do not use thinner on the surface of GLICA laminates.
• Always avoid placing hot cookware directly on the laminate, as exposure to temperatures above 30°C may cause damage to the laminate surface.
• Finally, outdoor application of the laminate with exposure to direct sunlight and weather conditions is not recommended, as UV rays may de-shape the laminate.
