Field of Application
Furniture Industries: Bonding of laminate, plywood, veneer, particleboard, MDF, blockboard, and hardboard.
Non-Furniture Industries: Suitable for bus body building, wooden cabinets for electronics, and wall clock framing.
Application Method
- Ensure surfaces are free from oil, grease, dust, and dirt. Roughen surfaces if necessary.
- Stir well before use. Apply an even coat on non-porous surfaces first, then on porous surfaces.
- Align surfaces within 5-6 minutes and press with a wet cloth to avoid bubbles.
- Apply pressure with nails, clamps, or weights for 24 hours for optimal bonding.
- For porous surfaces like particleboard, apply a thin initial coat, let dry, sand lightly, and then proceed with bonding.
