Product Description
Fevicol Heatx is a high-temperature resistant, synthetic solvent-borne rubber adhesive. Specially formulated for excellent heat resistance up to 170°C, Fevicol Heatx provides a quick grab with no spring-back action, ideal for vertical applications. It is widely used in the furniture industry for strong bonding of laminates and PVC laminates to wood and other materials.
Application Method
- Ensure surfaces to be bonded are dry, clean, and leveled.
- Stir adhesive thoroughly before use.
- Apply adhesive to non-porous surfaces first, then to porous surfaces.
- Allow drying time of 4-6 minutes at room temperature.
- Bond surfaces carefully, ensuring alignment.
- Apply appropriate pressure; the final bond is achieved in 24 hours.
